No refunds or returns are offered on personalized items. If personalization was misspelled on my part I will replace the item at no charge. If the item was misspelled on the customers part I will not return or refund but offer a replacement at 15% discount.
Items that are damaged due to manufacturing process will be replaced at no charge.
Non personalized items can be returned for a refund minus 10% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for return shipping cost. Item must return in original condition. If item is less than original condition it may result in a prorated refund or no refund at all.
